Electric drill? Bloody cowboys  >:(

MikeM:
from what I can tell once you get a smooth ring on both faces your good to go ?

also does the part the valve slides into  need to come out ? original head has new stem seals

valve guides ?

As I doubt very much whether I'll ever use this again I may donate it to someone on the understanding they will lend it to whoever needs it.

   Oddjob,

it might be an idea to have a separate thread, "Special tools for loan"

the user pays postage ,and returns after use

perfect for smaller items

Hi,
The electric drill reference was being sarcastic, although I have known one to be used. Slow and steady and not too much pressure, lifting the valve off its seat for a 1/2 turn now and then during grinding is the only way!

Bryanj:
Oddjob, i would take over the reamer if you wanted, i have several heads if i can ever afford the guides!!
