CB350F Speedo

Hi All
Recently acquired a nice CB350F which originally came in from Italy in the mid 1990's. My speedo is obviously a kph version so I'm looking at options to swap it out for a MPH version. I had considered getting one of the reproduction clock faces in MPH which seem like a decent solution as long as I can get the speedo apart. However that would still leave me with the mileage and trip ticking over in Km's. I'm guessing there is different gearing inside the speedo for kph and mph?
Alternatively if someone out there has a decent MPH speedo for this model I'd be interested.

An MPH dial face overlay on your speedo won't work as the calibration is differant. I think I have one that's restored, looks like new to be honest. If you PM with your email address I send some images so you can confirm it's a CB350F one
