How much? That is a stupid price as you can use a K-liner.

I have only ever replaced one valve guide cos it had cracked and that was a C50.Must be lucky all the fours I have rebuilt guides have been good

Thank you Lobo for recommendation, I will see what's gonna happen, I found a nice old gent locally who will try to do it for me.
I dont know if it is materials or what, but not impressed with the way previous engineer dealt with the whole situation.
I'm over it now, just want to ride.

Thank you guys for all info, I will have my CB on the road this year... I hope.
