A few weeks later, rear carrier fitted, and the running - in was finalised travelling from Essex to the IOM for the 1971 TT. I think we were all saving Embassy coupons at the time!!

! year later, and a pal turned up at home with a new CB750 K2, let me take it round the block a couple of times with the inevitable consequence!!  My CB750, IOM TT, 1972.  It was VERY hot that year!!

The following year, 1973, IOM TT again, but with a more suitable)!) exhaust for the island courtesy of Dave Degens. They say that donkeys go better loaded, I think the same applies to 750's. The young lady in the yellow leather was to become my wife the following year.

1974/5.  New wife, new house, new bike, my only vehicle with a number 1 registration, and a big spend on matching outfits. John Collier's window in Romford gave some great posing reflections!!

Growing family etc. meant bikeless until 1988, when I bought my 400. My 6 year old son sat on the back and said he liked it. He still likes Hondas even now!

Lovin the jacket!
One day I'll have the time to restore it, not just talk and dream....
