float height on CB750 F2 1977

Does anybody out there know how to set the float height on CB750 F2 SOHC carbs from 1977? these are the last revision ones with the accelerator pump. Also which way up do the floats go? silly question I know but I cannot find any info on them at all and I think mine are upside down. pic attached showing the fuel level in one carb, seems very high and its coming back out of the airbox and the drain tube.

           I'm sitting here with my CB750F2 manual in front of me, says the float height should be 14.5 mm for the F model. The manual is very good and only cost

hi,
haynes manual diagram shows floats with flat side facing down towards float bowl and states float level should be 14.5mm (0.5709in) for the F2.
as to setting float level try here
