Gear change lever - rubber covers

Hi Chaps.
Does anyone know if there are seperate part numbers for the rubber covers covering the knuckles on the gear change lever? Mine have perished but can't seem to find part numbers.

Just seen that's for a pair, still not paying that though. But it would suggest there is a part number possibly
