Cutaway CB750 Engine leaves for a new home with Sammy Miller
Harold 400/4:
On holiday for a week in Dorset, and thought I'd drop in to Sammy Miller Museum. What I didn't realise that it was the official opening of the extension today.
Steve, your cutaway 750 engine takes pride of place as one of the exhibits in the new extension!
I was looking at the museum's 400/4, when Sammy Miller, Murray Walker and John Surtees walked by. They were very friendly and chatty, and John Surtees said what great bike the 400/4 was, and that he used to own one. Quite an experience to bump into these legends!

I'm also a bit p..'d off they didn't offer you the chance to be there. I'm sure it was an oversight but nevertheless I'd be cheesed off too! I will mention it to Viv...😔
