I've had a couple of PM's asking if I have abandoned my project and also asking if I was ok due to the inactivity on my resto log and on here, thanks for that it's good to know people notice these things, especially people you have never met, this really is a good forum. Sadly my ex wife passed away last month so me and the kids have been a bit at sixes and sevens hence the inactivity on the bike and the forum but things are settling down a bit now.

Thanks Mick, the bike is actually finished, I'm just waiting for the tank and seat to come back from the painter, he's had some problems too.

Sorry to hear of you loss.  You are a much valued contributor on here so looking forward to your interesting posts once you are feeling up to it again. I find that bike restoring can take your mind off things.
