Chris400F:
You're not the only one who wondered Julie. Guess there's a reason, wonder what it is.
You have the part number and want to know the length. I turned to Mr Google, typing '51410-341-702 length' as a query.
Got 401 results, this was the first in the list:
http://www.rawpowermotorcycles.co.uk/PBSCProduct.asp?ItmID=12743654
This gives the length as 580mm.
Not sure about why there are different lengths available, maybe Mr Google could help there too.

BigAl (Alan):
Excellent answer Julie!...

www.cmsnl.com refers to the 'fork bottom case'...leg?..slider? & the fork pipe..tube?

Why not ask www.cmsnl.com for the length of their stock tube

The K0-K2 tube can be eliminated as its a different design, so is the K4 the longer or shorter tube?
Let us know how you get on

MCTID:
Thanks Julie...........not a daft question......but look at the attached photo for the reason why I cannot measure the existing forks! Also, look at the handlebars if you want a really good laff......must have had a Chimp as the last owner.

It seems like 580mm is the correct Overall Length for K4 Stanchions......after doing some further research.....but I would still be interested in why the dimensions range from 580 to 607 for the available Stanchions.
Thanks to all who replied.

Nurse Julie:
Oooooops, I see what you mean now  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D I wonder if the PO slid off the back very often ?.
I'm pleased your putting it back to STD, it will look a lot better

hairygit:
Your a brave man to even admit to having bought that, and what kind of lobotomy was performed on the american idiot that did that to it? Maybe Julie can give us a clue given her medical background!
