Your matchless sounds a nice machine
I had a 1927 triumph 277cc only, sold it last year to a pub in the Cotswolds who wanted it for a display in the pub.

Yet it's a bit rare, looks like a Brough with a long oval nickel tank.
no others on the road in this country.
allegedly one in Netherlands and 2 in pieces in Australia.
Mine has the gearbox in bits at the mo.
I keep playing with these Honda's instead of getting it back on the road.

:-), that garage looks pretty chocka - sure you have room for another :-) ? Looked like the G50's cleaned up at the Goodwood revival. I've never ridden a british bike of that Era (only a 67 T120, Commando special and Commando Fastback). Quite a contrast to our sohc's...

Yeah mate, they didnt fit mirror as even if they stayed on you couldn't see owt, also the later prestolite fitted ones make a lovely click

Your other man cave is pretty impressive
What year is the flat tank? mid 20's
I make brown and Barlow 1920 twist grips if you want to get rid
of levers for period throttles oh and replica celluloid grips.
