I'm never sure what you can ride / drive on what type of license. I know there used to be a weight limit for three wheelers but probably all changed now.

Looks an interesting conversion. Makes you wonder how? And why?
Suspect it may be a bit skittish in the wet (and possibly the dry) being RWD.
