Great restoration Pete, a credit to you and the hassle I know you've had bringing the bike up to the standard it is in now.
It's yellow, what more can I say, obviously a man of taste.
I hope it sells for you but maybe not the best time of year to be selling it, can you hold onto it until the spring when people's thoughts turn to summer, biking and a bigger audience.
I tried to sell my original 400/4 on eBay recently and despite over 300+ watchers and over 20 bids nobody came close to the reserve, nobody came to see it and I was asked just two questions and they were 1. What is the reserve and 2. How much will you take for it if it doesn't sell.
I sold it to a mate a couple of weeks ago as an ornament for his dining room!
Hi dave, good to hear from you.im actually not too bothered if it doesn’t sell.i really would prefer to keep it in the living room, but I've been told that isn't happening,,but im working on  it lol,,cheers Peter.

Yellow,,the best colour. I've tried to post the pics but keeps coming up file too large..I thought it was because they were too shiny lol.im just not getting any time to use the bike as a combination of the grandkids, weather and dealing with the guide dogs etc.plus im not allowed to keep the bike indoors as an ornament..bugger.

Having just sold my 2nd speed triple I obviously made sure I had tried the bike thoroughly before I put pet to paper, loved it.everything felt quality. Tried the smaller triples at many open days,,really underpowered and poor switchgear and screens.ok if that's your budget, not for me .Haven't reached this age only to downgrade,,onwards and upwards  :-)

Quick update, Staffordshire triumph messed up,ended up getting deposit returned. The my back went out,had a rethink and thought, is this my body telling me it's time for a different style of bike,a wee bit more comfortable. Took a test ride on a new Triumph Tiger GT PRO,,instantly smitten, upshot is I'm driving though to Edinburgh Triumph tomorrow to sign the paperwork, picking up the bike on 2nd October. Shame Glasgow Triumph couldn't get back to me with a decent deal for cash,Graphite and Black one it is,they even threw in a free set of crash bars,:-)

Well done Pete but I did like the look of your white one.
I did too Julie, but unfortunately they don't do the RS in Crystal white,
I adore the speed triple but made the mistake of taking out the Street when I was in getting the bike it's Mot,,it was love as soon as I moved off, everything just felt right,, and the quickshifter works seamlessly, I didn't get it until I tried it.weather permitting I'm even getting the train to staffordshire triumph and riding it back to Scotland, that's me done my yearly mileage in one go :-)

My 2019 speed triple was picked up by the superbike factory, agreed price paid with no quibbling, money paid instantly into the account £1300 more than my local triumph dealer offered.
Placed an order for a new street RS,hopefully early September delivery.:-)

Might look better without the horrible matte paint,,
Looks like the boring cb650r I owned ,briefly, before I grew tired of the gutless engine and bland looks, speed triple got me smiling again.😁
