FREE......I've been offered a 400/ four seat free of charge, only need to pay post.
It sounds as if in quite good condition, possibly a new strap and buttons needed but I have no use for it.

The lightest smear of red rubber grease gives enough stiction to hold them in place or a small dab if super glue at each bend also works.

On this photo, you can see where the bracket is welded to the frame, the bracket on this one has snapped off and all that's left is the stub. It looks like yours has snapped off where it actually joins the frame.

I found this photo on tinternet, it may help. You have the bracket that's welded to the frame missing. The horn bolts to the bracket.
