I like the green on that cb750. I was driving (sorry!) past Audley End as the Bishops Stortford DGR rode out, but that probably wasn't the same as the Cambridge one, just not far away.

Went on the distinguished gentleman ride awhile ago around Cambridge.
Turns out I only have one tidy outfit so I'm now going to a funeral Monday covered in bug splatter

Pyramid fork seals do seem to last well. They seem to be holding up well in my pegaso with upside down forks. Probably been in there 10 years or more now

Agree with detailing brushes for cleaning. Axus blue are a good cheap all rounder for painting.
Years ago you used to wear brushes in when they were made of hog hair.
Now with synthetic brushes you wear them out instead generally just a couple of mm and they've had it.

Stanley knifes and tape measures never last long.
I have them in multiple toolboxes in the centre console of both vans the driver's and passenger doors.
I can never find the same ones twice.
Dustpans on the other hand seems to be breeding I have at least 5 in the van and don't remember buying any of them  ???

Pyramid seem a long established and well respected UK supplier.

Bought a raised screen for my ST1100 and a fenda extenda 30 years ago, good quality stuff.

In defence of aftermarket fork seals there are a range of products that include double lipped seals.
I agree a genuine new Honda seal (not NOS) is best where available, I found that on my 500 the aftermarket fork seals by  Pyramid Parts were excellent quality. Even Pyramid parts seem to be evolving in terms of quality & specification of things like headstock bearings in the last four years.
