That does sound very reasonable Julie. You must be a higher risk than Trigger. 😂 My policy was a bit less this year too, can’t compare as I have a multi bike policy.😜

Personally don’t mind the flasher buzzer, quite a good safety feature warning pedestrians and of course you’re never not going to cancel your indicators. Have the original wiring and buzzer on my 550k1. Thought was I can easily disable if it annoyed me too much but unfortunately not on that bike enough to get annoyed. Didn’t benefit from that heatwave that swept accross Europe and elsewhere.

That’s the business Ian! Next 25 years sorted! 😂
Used to be at least 3 different cobblers in Orkney tha5 I can remember. Suppose people just chuck things these days if they get a little wear.

I did manage to lift mine back onto its wheels but it was a good lift. Not used with lifting them off the ground! 🫢

Well, I must confess to a minor mishap a couple of months ago I had the old scruffy 550 on the bike lift strapped on the front forks either side as there was no centre stand and side stand a couple of inches short of the bike falling over! I was working on rigging up some new wiring and had the bike running. What I didn’t notice was the ratchet strap at on side was in contact with the exhaust which very quickly melted through the strap! Thankfully no fin damage to the engine which was my only concern. Bike ended up almost upside down jammed between work bench and bike lift! 🥵 “Safety First”  Failed to risk access again!🫢
