My car policy used to specificaly allow me to collect siezed cars from the ponds but that was removed acfew years ago, i believe due to political pressure and at same time they said that whilst you are covered to drive another vehicle it had to be insured as well, you also had to start declaring registrations on trade policies

Having worked on these years ago i would say no its not worth it, and unless doing a lot a miles neither is electronc ignition. If the loom is bad message Big Al a member on here perhaps he can help but normaly just cleaning conectors is all thats needed. The CG 125 was an incredibly reliable motor unless abused by lack of oil and or proper oil changes

The cadies are a 3 pack paint, usually silver base the a transparent colour( more coats the darker it gets) then a laquer. If you can find an old school super good paint man he might be able to get close with 2 pack, mine did fantastic with boss marron mettallic mixing 3 different makes of car colours but finding people like that who can think instead of following computers is getting incredibly hard(er)

Depends on the colour, if its a candy you are stuffed, if its plain get an exact match and nearly fill the hole, when dry finish with laquer then use 3000 grade paper with soapy water

Never seen a kit, seals will be Honda apart from the big one at rear which has sizes on it, or maybe in parts book. Bearings from any bearing supplier using the numbers on the bearings but get double sealed not single

They look like standard fibre washers but are about twice, if not thrice as thick

Tricky is right there was a batch of 750 with bad hoses and several ended up with complete rebuilds, as to hoses go on the US site and talk to Hondaman(Mark Paris) he has been trying to sort this for some time and has bought an expensive crimping tool for the job, i have found the hydraulic "specialists" are reluctant to halp as the fittings are an odd size

Maybe 500 US bars but you would have to extend the electric to switches and find longer control cables, not sure if there is a US version of 400

Comes under "teething troubles" ! None of us can build an engine exactly like Honda did with all their super accurate tools and on a production line, there is always some slight error, my usual one is not connecting the blue and yellow wire properly inside the rubber boot by the brake light switch, usually cos i do it first then catch the leads doing something else!

Usually caused when case guards are removed and the longer bolts put back it
