Title: Honda CB 400 four Vesrah valves
Post by: eem46 on March 16, 2017, 11:53:08 AM
Dear All, I have a question about inlet/exhaust valves  for a Honda CB 400 four. The OEM Honda valves are not cheap, but proven quality. Now Vesrah is selling a valve set for around 145 euro, half the price of OEM. But are they good? Any one fitted these before?
Please advise. Or shall I go for stainless valves, plus 1mm?

Specs of my bike: Big bore 466cc, WEBCAM stage2, bored Honda carbs (Rick Denoon), K&N pod filters and stainless 4 into 1 (Moto GP works)

Kind regards,

Emiel

Nothing wrong with vesrah, used them regularly years ago but with the mods you have done the oversize and a gas flow would be better

Rick Denoon - now there's a name from the past...

I signed up for his 400F newsletter but he only ever did one (at least, I only ever saw one)

Yes Rick did a great job! Carbs looks very nice, soon I hope to see the results on the dyno.
He also made me a new version of his quick turn throttle system, made from billet.
