Completely rebuilt from the ground up 1970 vintage KO chopper with fresh 836 K7. I hooked up the battery charger and left it overnight, next day I realized I left the ignition switch on the whole time. Now it only fires on 2 and 3!!! I only tried it briefly.
DAMN!!!

If by dyna's you mean alternator or stator coils (Generator), I doubt it, since it actually ran, you can start and run with them disconnected.
If you mean Ignition coils, I don't think you can burn them out either, not like that anyway. But since you seen to have lost 1 and 4 check the wiring to that ignition coil.
