At least he is consistent with his starting prices, his entire stock is starting at £41.40 today, what a muppet.

All Ebay do is stop the listing, then an hour later it will pop up under a different seller.
Surely there is a way of tracing these people and getting them stopped.
But I forgot, Ebay don't really care, when my electronic test gear was nicked out of my car and appeared on Ebay they and the Police were not interested. It even had my name on it.

Price has gone up for this incarnation.

Hi
I might be being a bit stupid here but what exactly is the problem with this bike besides the ridiculous starting price.
PM me if you don't want to get done for bad mouthing somebody.
Thanks
Dave

It's the standard scam format.

It's the standard scam format.
Ring up the number now and you can probably get it cheap by sending a Money Order to XYZ. The bike you see is not for sale.

I once saw an eBay add with a picture of my bike on it. It was a red Sprint 955.
I emailed the guy and said “you’re using my pictureâ€. He said “sorry mate. Didn’t know you weren’t allowed to do that and the one I’m selling is the same colour. “

It's like fly fishing, just keep casting it out in front of the fish until you get a bite.
Someone showed me a report on this type of scamming in one of the weekend papers today. Usually getting payment to a plausible looking account and subsequently disappearing with the cash.
Often using a viable trader's name that checks out regarding company information held for reference.
Bike doesn't arrive when bought remotely, cash trail goes to dead end, crime not big enough for general law interest :( all money lost >:(
