Title: what to use to clean

getting down to last few items to clean/repaint on bike , what do you guys use to clean this part, do you strip repaint , more so the electrical contacts, what is safe to use and actually cleans the contact as well

also seem to be a fuse missing? what fuse is missing and what would it have done

Could it have been a spare fuse?

Two end fuses are usualy spares, make sure the fuse contacts are well clean and have plenty of "spring" to grip the ends of the fuse or they will heat up and melt the plastic
