Title: centre stand refit

had it put on fine so i thought, then noticed the u shape hangar was cutting into my newly powder coated stand aaarghhh!

anyway have that sorted , centre stand is on and works fine can touch up the scratch

question if you look at pics there is a little black plate with 3 holes in it , have i fitted this correct and can some remind what this does

hmmm one hole is much bigger than the other does it show how many drain tubes goes down each hole

Post by: MickB on October 14, 2014, 06:58:49 PM: Mike for what it's worth, why don't you get the nuts and bolts re-zinced seeing you've a new coat on the frame, it's not expensive and it'll make it look much better?

I'm restoring a 500 and had plenty of stuff rezinced and it looks like new.

Spring cost $2 and the C $4
Every nut, bolt washers, carby parts and studs $250 the lot all look brand new
