My bike came with some new parts that had not been fitted including parts for replacing the camchain.
The Slipper Tensioners are Honda in sealed packets but the split link chain is made by Daido Kogyo  were purchased in 2007 is it a good brand?

That is the brand I fitted 18 years/16,000 miles ago. Good quality chain. Don't read too much into my mileage/years ratio, worked away from home for long periods, and am definitely a fair weather rider!  Just make sure you make a good clean job of riveting the connecting link. Have Fun. Michael.

DID supply Honda with cam chains, it's what we fit to all engines.
