Short and to the point Bryan. You on nights?

Why?
Love me or hate me for this, but it's a race bike and is currently running a 520 sprocket and chain set up and I would like to replace them but struggling to find any in stock.
Picture added for reference

Like the bike. Sorry, but can’t help with the 520.
-
Thats a perfectly good reason then, i was stuggling to find a reason for a road bike.
As to where from now thats a totally different question, perhaps a smaller Honda has the same front fitting and as a race bike i suspect the rear is a different tooth count to standard so thats probably a special order item, i would suggest asking your local dealer if he has a catalogue with different sprockets in.
And yes Steve, always nights, its the numpty security idiots that drive me crazy!

Have you tried biketorque racing. I’m betting you have, but it’s my only offer I’m afraid.
-
Thanks All, yes tried must places on the Web. Lots of 530 set up and standard gearing but I wanted a choice as we are racing a hill climb/sprint race in a couple of weeks.
Cheers

Lovely bike. I like the front brake, you don't one of those spare do you that you wish to sell, I've been trying to find one for years!
Good luck with the sprockets, would Renthal or Talon be able to make them, a lot of speedway riders use them? Motorcycle Race Parts UK is another potential supplier.
Where's the hillclimb?
-
Unsure of the size, but the 80's CR moto-X bikes used same type of fixing and may share common dimensions in this size.

Listed for CRs 250 450 480 etc. Possibly a route to research.

Unfortunately that is the only front-wheel I have, I may know a chap in Holland who might have one but they are pricey.
I can get a blank made but it's two weeks lead time and the sprint is in two weeks. Taking place in Preston on the 3rd of April

Do you happen to know the diameter of the output shaft? It would need to be 25mm, it's mainly the rear I am struggling to find in 520 as I could machine a 530 front down to 520 pitch

How about Antig in Gloucester, they build grasstrack bikes and may have blanks in the size you wish

Unfortunately I don't, raced a red rocket CR 250 years ago and remember thinking how neat that sprocket fixing was, and matching the road bikes in concept. Nothing I've got to measure currently (thought I had an old front sprocket laying around) so no immediate help to you.
Someone in historic moto-X must have information though.
Very nice bike by the way.
