Sadly my stock of brake unions & bleed nipples mostly went in the bin as they not metric. The few metric unions I have are too short.
Our local motor spares place shut after Covid - can someone sende a link or telle the size as my flaring tool is still good. Thanks.

Honda use the odd size m10 Ted and i think the bleed nipples are m7, will check and confirm later,

M10x1.25 is the pipe thread, cant remember where my spare bleed nipples are but it was a new one in the 500 mate, 8mm spanner size from memory and even if its only been in there a short time warm the caliper body and use a ter wrench to undo

My m7 was too big, nipple a tad rounded had to put it in the vice & rotate the the caliper half.
Brake pipe was pinched & twisted - snapped the pipe within a fraction of a turn. No Biggie I have plenty of new pipe.

Careful with new pipe nuts Ted, old imperial when flared had a cone on the end of the pipe that was both sides, dies marked 3/16, metric was only flared on the front and flat backed, dies marked 4·75. I have seen metric pipe nuts advertised that need the imperial flare type
