Title: Wendy went to London to see the Temptations last Saturday.

Air conditioned Coach upper Circle at the Theatre in London - Wendy came back with Covid, now I have tested positive this evening, blast I though it was all over.  >:( >:( >:(

Sorry to hear that, Ted. Hope you and Wendy recover quickly. If it’s any consolation, I had it a couple of weeks ago.😳. Thankfully it wasn’t too bad.

I believe covid has been reduced to the level of flu,or a cold,

The so called herd immunity has built up a resistance,

It's now the sort of  the body expects to get occasionally and throw off,

Thanks everyone - I'm using a combination of Paracetamol & the odd shot of Glayva to sedate me. Definitely not as bad as last years virus, more Man-Flu.
I'm still in my Jim-jams today.  8) 8) 8)
Wendy is pretty much back to normal - whatever normal is.  ;D ;D ;D

There has been a reported spike in Covid cases during the past few weeks and especially in London but as John said it is more like a heavy cold these days thanks to herd immunity. The WHO stated the pandemic was over months ago.

I am struggling with the cough aspect of this Covid variant hence why I am awake at 3.00 am as I am unable to lie down without bouts of coughing that keeps Wendy awake. Tried three vertical pillows in bed to stay as upright as possible but have given up so am in a recliner in our front lounge.

Only other side effects are general fatigue, sore throat & headache - certainly not as bad as when I caught Hong Kong Flu in the 1970's so can't complain.

Hopew you are feeling better today Ted?  Waste some time on Youtube.....

I've had Covid 3 times and the last was hardly noticeable symptoms.
