Title: Replacement bearing for transmission 20mm needle bearing 91022333018

I've decided to replace all the bearings as the gear selector bearing is pretty rough and the engine is stripped so I may as well.

I can't quite find a bearing for part 91022333018. In the parts manual its bearing, needle, 20mm. On PDF page 25 (https://www.dropbox.com/s/7pieydvznvy7nhp/CB350_F_F1%20Full.pdf?e=7&dl=0) its showing as a bearing inside a metal cylinder, does the bearing come out and a new one slide in?

I know its 20mm but don't know the other measurements. Has anyone found a replacement?

DS list it - comes with the outer section iirc.
