Pan head screw, 5mm thread, 6mm long. Wouldn't surprise me if Nurse Julie has them.

£0.51 each but you'll pay about £15 postage.

When I was rebuilding my 400 I paid a visit to a local firm (Pugh & Sanders) who sold a variety of SS metric fastners.
I bought a load if nuts & bolts based on the sizes as shown in the parts manual with the exception of a few special thread pitch sizes that I bought from the likes of Middletons.
My garage stock went from zero to well over a hundred metric nuts & bolts - cheaper at the local supplier as no postage.

I'm with Ted, go for stainless. I used Westfield Fasteners for mine, nice and easy website to navigate.
I file the script off the tops of the hex head, followed by emery cloth and then onto the polishing mop with some suitable soap. They come up like chrome. Same applies to screw heads etc.

Use Allen screws. Much easier to get out - and more importantly back in as they sit on the hex key.

I like Hex on side covers but not for top crankcase screws as they hold water & dirt. Also be cautious on smaller threads sizes like M5 as it's easy to overtighten them in some areas stripping the thread

Don’t use hex key ones, Ted is spot on
