Hi, the chrome dish/buckets that my tacho and speedo sit in are heavily pitted/corroded - the bike is a '76 US import 550K. As its such a visible part of the bike I would like them to look good. I cant find a UK or EU source for replacements; Genuine Honda or otherwise. David Silver have these for the CB550F2 SUPER SPORT 1977 and from the photos they look pretty much identical. However, the part numbers are different. Does anyone know if these parts are interchangeable and the '77 F2s would fit the earlier model? Any work-arounds or alternative approaches forum members have used/seen would be welcome too; Im looking to build a smart/clean bike but it doesn't need to look original. Thanks

I found out they are very similar on all models with the large gauges. Some of the models have the trip knob coming out the back and there needs to be a cutout for it to poke through.
Also the light wire holes are different diameter.
I had them from my 1976 CB750F out for rechrome
I bought a set of Nos units while being impatient for the chrome shop. When they came back from chrome I decided to use them on my 1975 CB550K . I had to add the cutout for the trip knob.
