Title: What make of exhaust is this 🤔😑😑

Trying to find out any info on this exhaust system. It's fitted to an acquaintances 750 K2 and as yet, no one has been able to identify it.
Does anyone recognise it?

S.p.A. is definitely an Italian company. I have come across an exhaust with that name on it, but on a scooter, not a 750.

S.p.a in italian company nomenclutre is a listed company with shares, could be Ltd or not.

Similar to PLC (public limited company here) in effect "FAR plc" .
