Hi just thought I'd share my rebuild, bought my bike in bits last year. Buying off the web has it's downfalls and rewards I suppose anyways it has taken me a long time to sort out what I have bought and what I needed. I had to sort correct forks rear suspension and many many original parts.
I'm not in a rush and spend countless hours researching this site the web and eBay.
Just want to say thanks to Ash for his help ( does help when he's only a few miles away) without his help and guidance not sure how far I would have got.
Progress is slow due to other commitments but I'll get there.
Kitchen table is great for rebuilding wheels and carbs without the wife know!

Sorry forgot fork pic

Thats looking really good btw.
If I was 20 years younger I would have done a 750 project, I do enjoy looking at the awsome range of 750's rebuilds here.

Liking the look of that build! Going to be a very nice machine. Like the colour too.

Great progress Steve.

The points plate has seen better days :) :) :)
Unusual choice of colour for the crankcases but in keeping with the era, sure I've seen them that colour before.

Yes the engine had been painted and installed before I bought it then left for many many years so I will keep as is.

Hi everyone bike is coming on a pace, I'll put more pictures on soon. Looking ahead does anyone have any 300 exhausts? Not bothered if they need a bit of repair.
Thanks
