Could someone point me to the right place to get a rebuild kit for one of these carbs? I really only need seals etc. Been trying to source something online with no real success. Maybe there is an alternative.....

Matt
DS and CMSNL have genuine Honda stuff listed for those carbs.
If you're renewing brass ware and choose to fit Keyster stuff then the best of luck...

Thanks Skoti but I can't see it anywhere on the DS site - unless I'm missing something!

Try and look up the Honda part numbers on the CMSNL web site, then copy and paste into the DS 'search part number' box.
Good luck and please report back.

Alas the part number : 16010-302-305 for the gasket set does not show up on the DS site. So the next step will be to try and find an equivalent carb set, me thinks. I'll also call DS later.

Looking at the part on CMS Matt what part of the kit are you after? All of it or just a couple of them. Shouldn't be too hard to figure out the sizes and the bowl gasket and the round one look possible to make out of sheet material.

Hi, It's really the rubber seals I am after - float bowl, cap seal and a couple of o-rings. I'm going to 'freshen' of the existing ones a bit and see if they will seal. The CD175 I have is going to be sold, so I want to spend as little on it as poss! Mind you, it hasn't been on the road for near on 30 years and I'm surprise how well some of the bits on the bike have survived. I've hunted around and the XL175 seals look like they are the right size...
