Title: What syle exhaust
Post by: neat street on December 21, 2025, 10:11:48 AM
Hi All, I need to invest in an exhaust system (mine came without one), and want to keep my bike simple and time relevant... what exhaust system was used on a late CB500 (mine was registered in Jan 1975) would it a 4 to 4, 4 to 1. or I have even seen pics of 4 to 2?
Thanks in adavnce

All 500-4s had the 4 into 4 system fitted. Anything else was an aftermarket system.

The look of a 4 into 4 can’t be beaten imo.

got to agree,

  I have a S/H set of 343 exhausts,

  not perfect by any means,very little corrosion,
all brackets,need a good clean and polish

 recently replaced them with the DK system,

 let me know

The Delkevic replicas, which look identical to the OEM ones are excellent quality and value for money. Trig says easy to fit as well.
