Do you want to do it yourself?
If so there are some excellent places to buy parts right here in the UK. The best is probably www.davidsilverspares.co.uk but there are others (and one or two in Holland/Germany.  You can get help and advice from here or from www.sohc4.net

If you are looking for a restoration shop to do the job for you, check out Classic & Motorcycle Mechanics.

I'm assuming from your email address that you are in the UK??

I'm with Steve, the SOHC engine is not really that complicated, and with the aid of a manual such as Haynes or Clymer, you can achieve a lot. and there is a lot of satisfaction (as well as frustration) to doing it yourself.

What needs to be done? Where are you located?
Cheers,
