Title: Looking for header pipes 1 & 3
Post by: Clem2112 on September 18, 2013, 01:07:11 PM: Probably a long shot.... But I am after a pair of these for re-chroming.

The pattern ones I have are not a good match and don't assemble well either.

Thought I would ask anyway, the ebay examples are mostly in the US.

I may end up flogging the genuine collector/header I bought (when stock still existed) then buy the DSS complete replica one !

Just wondered if No3 header was free of dents and not too badly corroded.
I have got a No1 now, luckily.

I am in UK but do get to Spain now and then.

Sorry if you've mentioned this before but where did you get the rechroming done?

I was living there a couple of years back so was bring stuff over and all the time and had it all shipped back when we returned. Had no problem doing exhausts and a few days turnaround. He said he would still do stuff for me but I don't trust the postal service and its a long way to go to sort any problems out.
