After buying all sorts of overpriced junk or mis-described used parts on Ebay UK, I have finally found someone who honestly describes his parts, charges a fair price and has reasonable delivery charges to the UK (used MyHermes for my purchases).
Just bought a few parts from him for my 250K0 and again spot on service and quality parts. You can tell by the way he carefully cleans and packs everything, the type of guy he is. He can be found here and his name is Frank Dorsch, in Germany. ( Otzberg-Classics).

For instance look at this, he measures the selector forks so you can compare with the service limits in the manual.

There are a few people on Ebay UK I have used (e.g. FreddytheFatFrog), who have supplied good parts but they are few and far between in my experience. Or is it just me who has been unlucky!! Ebay USA used to be generally OK but the delivery/import/Parcelforce charges just don't make it viable any more.

With you there Ash I have bought loads new and s/hand and like you said clean and spot on.The Germans know how to do business.
Sometimes when I have bought several things often get a discount if I ask them.My Pet hate is those who advertise with pics of genuine parts and when you get them they are pattern shit.
Cheers
