Title: VIN plate

Need a little help. I am putting a VIN plate on a CB500 Four but, do not know what type of plate they had. Could someone that has a UK 500 please post a picture of there VIN plate or send a picture to my e-mail. Thank you :)

UK models did not have a vin plate only the US mate, What year is it? I have a couple of examples and i bought from a French guy who does good repros

Think there's also a guy in Switzerland on ebay that does these.

Cheers Bryan. My microfiche for a UK 1971 shows a vin plate. We use the same French guy Bryan.

Micrfiche may show one for other countries but UK didn't have any Vin plates till the 550K3 mate which was about the time of the 750/900 twin cam, first wings and CX500 which also had them.

&2 is slightly different than 71 but i will happily scan you my new 71 version if you PM me your email. Only diff to original is the number is printed on rather than stamped from the back

Cheers Bryan, I remember the plate's that had the numbers stamped from back. Most of these have been US imports. And i was wondering why i could not find the rivet holes on this frame. Thanks for the info mate.
