Hi - any of you guys got a spare little black knob that resets the mileometer on the side of the speedo or know of a scource?

Hi David,
I posted a similar request a while ago and received back the suggestion to use a glue tube stopper or some such (I think UHU or Araldite glue caps might fit the bill). I still have a bald knob, so to speak, pending the completion of the re-build for which this item may be the last and final crowning glory!

you could try 750faces.com who stock them, I needed one for the which comes out of the rear of my speedo. Not sure if the part is the same for side entry clocks though. In the end, as they aren't cheap I made one on my lathe instead

As a long shot if there is a breakers by you who get the real wrecks in then it might be worth looking for a crashed old superdream with dammaged clocks, they might not be ok with you sabotaging a good set of clocks but superdreams and a fair few other bikes used very similar clocks and I have in the past robbed bits out of superdream clocks to fx my 500/4 ones.
