Outcome from angiogramn is well heart and arteries are fine, have pain in sternum area so they have diagnosed costchondritis ?

Costochondritis can be very painful, pain makes your BP increase, good thing yours has come down, that was very high !!! Let the Dr's investigate absolutely everything whilst your in the NHS system, human equivalent of a MOT and full service
