Yep it is my bike :)

Haven't seen the article yet! Hope they've been kind to her..! Will pick up a copy of the magazine when it's in the shops.

Sorry I haven't been very active on here for a while, I'll try harder I promise! ;)

Just read the article, excellent bike. Would certainly agree that the pipes replicated by 'Armours of Bournemouth' have done an outstanding job. Stunning photograph on page 34 of the header pipes.

Enjoyed the article, love the bike.  My wife just bought me a book called "My cool motorcycle" - is that you and your bike in there as well?

Don't do mags Steph but, still love your 550F2. One of the best examples around.

I hope you're not disappointed if you ever see the bike in real life Graham! Pictures tend to be kind to her...she's not perfect but I prefer it that way (as does my bank balance!) ;)

Very nice indeed.  I'm doing my wheels at the moment and am debating on how to finish the hubs - what'd you do to get yours looking that nice?

I had the hubs professionally polished and have found them fairly easy to keep looking bright and shiny with metal polish. They will probably dull very gradually over time - I had them polished a couple of years ago and they are still looking good so hopefully the effect will last a long time.
