Can anybody tell me if the oil tanks are interchangeable on the 750 - does a K8 fit a K2 frame?
Thanks

There are 3 types of tanks. If it has the 3 dimples in it, it should fit.

I have a spare F2 tank you can have if it helps. Don't know if it fits the K2 frame though. How's the cafe coming along.

Thanks Roy - not sure if it fits - can anyone advise?
Café racer is coming on slowly unfortunately (grandchildren and infirm elderly parents!) but amassing parts - got a good K5 engine, K2 carbs, 72 K2 frame, forks. yokes, clocks, front hub and loads of stuff left from my standard K2 build. I am refurbing as I acquire bits (except engine/carbs. Just getting round to selling a load of bits left over from various bike builds ('they will come in handy one day' spares) to fund wheel builds. Still short of rear hub though. I am targeting next summer for completing build - I'll post some pics when it starts coming together
