My 2nd 500 K0 had a 4 into 2 system on it both silencers have rotted out but the down pipes are good Will post some pictures tomorrow if they could be of use.?

My 1st K0 with original pipes was the benchmark + mates bike with DS pipes from 10 years ago .
IWarnout Jigs and fixtures for sure

Has anybody tried the Italian Busso pipes?

Back in March 2021 l  bought a full set of hm323's from DS and did the test fit due diligence Number 2 downpipe was not symmetrical or aligned with the other 3 pipes and stuck out like a saw thumb
I sent pictures back to DS and expected them to offer a replacement pipe .
I sent the set back because of this statement and got the refund
We cannot replace pipe 2 because every set is the same and defective
They had about 20 sets and even refused to replace the whole set .
Later in 2021 I noticed they had reduced the price
 l wonder why

Hi ash,
              happy new year. reading your thread on dating certificate
               I am about to start restoring my 2nd cb125k3  because I just acquired a k3 engine on fleabay.My second chassis came without engine but has reg plate that's not recognized by DVLA the chassis number is present too.
I really want to keep the original reg no
for the bike . This is definitely a UK bike registered after August 1971 reg no DYX53J.  Do you think having a dating letter for the bike would help persuade DVLA to re-register the old reg number?

Great job and the best paint work colour too. I prefer the Big 750 clocks on the K2
to the small 350 type clocks on the K0/K1

I have just received my 500 paintwork set back from Menno in germany and think I am the 1st on this forum since #@%$.
The paintwork arrived after 6 days transit without import duties being charged.
It is possible this will change in 2022.

If you have a trigger built K0 then that's an extremely rare bike that not only shows but goes too .
