This may have been asked before but...
Any recommendations for decent UK rear shock replacement for 500 ? Seems like Hagon look like the best bet although pricey, wondering if I've missed any others...
Bike great but feels skitty bounces around a bit to easily.
Any suggestions would be helpful.

I’ve got a couple off 500, used but ok… I think the same ...you can have if you like )

Carbs fully rebuilt inc new fuel pipes, pleased to say bike started and running nicely.. I did 10 miles and it started to feel lumpy like running out of fuel and just about running..
When I got home and had a look around I noticed one of the fuel pipes looking a bit flat on the bend under fuel tap.
Could it be that pipe ok and staying round when cold but when everything heated up pipe can flatten and starve of fuel if an it's inch or so too long ?
Cut a bit off and started fine but can't try it till tomorrow...
does anyone have experience of this ?
Obvs hope so as a simple fix

There are several around but it's hard to tell which are good.

Hello all,
At the point of putting carbs back on after rebuild and finding more to do of course..

I'm looking for a replacement rubber seal that goes between the 2 black main airbox parts, can anyone point me in the right direction please ?

The main box not the air filter itself

I can't see it on the David Silver or cmsnl drawings...

I'm putting my 500 K1 carbs back together...
Should the emulsion tubes be a snap in tight fit or not very tight ?
My original cleaned ones push in fairly easily and not tight... do they get held in place my main jet o ring and spring once all together ?
