my local tyre fitters reccomended washing up liquid,
worked ok,
not ridden in the rain so I don't know if it bubbles up

When I had mine, it had its "happy " period at 10,000rpm,
No weight on the wrists,
But cruising at that rate is highly illegal!
Handles and braked very well
I am only 5ft 7in,but felt I was to big for it,after about an hour, my knees agreed

Put up with it for a while
But use the front brake hard!
Some times I think the disc needs a firm polish
Hopefully after a few rides it will be quieter

I found some nice quality ones on ebay

This is not going to be very helpful,
But all my bikes are similar
Maybe 12% higher than the correct speed
And I fit the correct tyres
Just think of being a money saving device
No nasty speeding fines

I use Metzler ME22 on my little bikes,work really good
Very tempted to fit them to the 500
At present it runs on Bridgestone BT46
3.25 front and a 4.00 rear,
Can't fault them

Obviously the nuts stay on the tappets!
