Those rear lights wouldn't look out of place on an old land rover 
The indicator lenses look to be 1970's C50/70/90 parts, and possibly the red lenses are from the same model but for u.s. market. (Never understood why the yanks used red lights for rear indicators, bound to cause confusion, but it was stock for many cars and bikes over there)
