Solid state reg/rectifier

Hi as anyone got any recommendations for reg/rectifier unit .I've seen all different prices for them. how do you no what your buying is any good .

Greebo I won't buy anything from carpy I've bought 2 things from him now and is after sales are very poor . Probably go for the electrex one .my bike probably won't be ready for show as I'm away .

I got mine from Brooks Barn through EBay , it's worked fine for approx 1800 miles and was £40 if I remember correctly.

Electrex World for me too on my CB350F.

All the plugs match up perfectly with the Honda harness.

The mounting points may not match up though. Mine certainly didn't.

 yes,the plug and the 2 extra wires ,you are told were to connect them

If it int broke, don't fix it. My 40 year old one is still regulating away like it's supposed to.
Where's that 10mm socket got to?
