Front Light H4 Fitting
« on: August 21, 2016, 08:15:09 AM »
Like Ash i am also looking at a lighting upgrade and am considering the Philips bulbs but problem 1 is my bike is  a US spec with a sealed beam light.

Has anyone got a recommendation for a replacement glass that will take a standard H4 bulb as a a starter

Thanks Mike
I saw these but don't like the big square bit at the back as I want to keep the bike looking as original as possible

Ideally I was hoping to be able to find just a replacement glass with fitting that will take a standard
h4 bulb

There are units on eBay but they are 7" replacements that need an original Lucas style rim and they are listed as for right hand drive (not sure if that is any issue for a bike) so wondering if one of these would fit?

If its the 500 then a standard 7 inch will fit in the honda rim

hi,

Mine came from a classic Honda spares seller based on the East Coast. David something.  Very pleased with it.
