Alloy weld it up if you have the casing parts or K6 crank cases are easy to find.No he isn't Honda used aluminium filled epoxy in my 69K0 engine to blank off a drilling and seen it on other engines I once used it to make a big mould that compression moulded rubber parts at around 180° C and we made 500 pieces from it and it was still going strong afterwards. You need the right stuff though.
