Me too.
Not sure about the red springs though, and bit of a disadvantage if you have to carry a block of wood around with you to use the side stand especially as the centre stand seems to have gone as part of the conversion.
Lowered seat height too, must have been for someone pretty small!

A Japanese gentleman  ;) ;) .. it's from Yamiya in Japan ( who make the HM300 No. No pipes (or have them made for them)

Yes, it does look more balanced than a stock 400/4.  I tried the 400 tank and side panels on my 350/4 just for a jolly and even took pics but can't seem to find them 15 years on.  To be fair to the guy who used a block of wood under the side stand, I've done that to take pics, making the bike much nearer vertical - not sure I would do it this week here in Orkney though!
I've just bought a CBF 600SA and that would look very nice with 2 pipes down each side but I'll have to put up with the single sided 4 into one (stainless with cat and O2 sensors)

Ash came up with a picture of a 350/4 with a 400/4 tank fitted a while back, in this thread:
http://www.sohc.co.uk/index.php/topic,8438.0.html
Maybe the wood is just to bring the bike nearer vertical, it's difficult to tell from the photo.
Wonder if a centre stand from a 350/4 would fit the 400/4 frame; that already has the extended part to fit around a 4 pipe system.
Not that I will be going down that route, not with the price of a set of 4 pipes!

Remember getting a right bollocking at school for putting a new blackboard rubber underneath the stand of my C200 90 'sports' to support it.
