Looks good to me, put a motorhome in the garden, bikes in the building and you're all set for a happy time.

My judgement may be a little skewed though as my ideal would be a large industrial unit with enough room for any vehicles I owned plus inside space for one of those old Winnebago homes. The type with the flat front and windscreen sloping back at the base like a 1970s French railways locomotive. Bliss!

The ecclesiastical bias of the one advertised could have some connection already. They seem to have made the doors the right size to get a bike through with ease, so good start. Also, when I was out last year watching the Talmag pre 65 trial, there was someone with long white hair and same beard that looked just like God himself in all his photos. As it was a Sunday, and God's day off, I thought it entirely reasonable that he'd be out and about on a bike. Rides a Matchless trials iron by the way. Perhaps that's where he used to keep it.

Worry not Paul, Graham would still only want to pay no more than 99p. This place would be for a very wealthy mate of his, who, at a push, would go up to to what Graham has advised him, which is..........
....£1.20  ;D ;D ;D
