Well that was surprisingly easy.
Local post office with log book filled in for taxation class change.
All done in a jiffy. No more TAX to pay

Hi,  I just took the log book filled in the taxasion class to historic signed and dated it.
They changed it online with the DVLA taxed it and sent the log book off.

Did mine the other day the old girl in the post office didn't have a clue thankfully she eventually did the same as your post office.
